Prices shown on this site are in GBP.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Amber reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

Payment

All products remain the property of Amber Doughty Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Amber Doughty Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Delivery Times

All items are handmade by Amber in her workshop. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. If a piece will take any longer to dispatch, Amber will be in touch to advise an estimated dispatch date.

Some items are made-to-order, including all rings and bespoke requests.  Dispatch time will depend on the piece. This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop.

If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Amber and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.

Postage

UK Orders - Delivery is £5

International- £10

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery. International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Online orders are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of purchase, minus postage and packaging charges. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Pierced earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Please inform Amber of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

All purchases made on sale items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns of commissioned, customised or personalised  pieces.

Credit notes will be sent via email once the piece has been returned, these can be used online and in person.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Amber via email.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Amber within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

Sizing

When placing an order it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.  Please see the Ring Sizing Guidelines for assistance. For further advice on sizing please contact Amber directly and she will be happy to assist.

Commissions

If you are wanting to commission a unique piece, please contact Amber directly to discuss design and pricing.

After a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all commissions in order for the making process to start. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion, before receipt of the piece.

If you decide to not follow through with the commission, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Bespoke commissions or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing fault. If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Amber within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies

Please note that each commission will have a unique timeframe, which Amber will inform you of during the design phase.
